I’m an Oregon Coast small business owner, maker, herbal grower, and lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about the connection between mind, body, energy, and our own inner knowing.

My path to QHHT® grew naturally alongside my interest in wellness and the many ways we connect with ourselves and the world around us. I am currently a QHHT® Level 1 Intern and a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Level I & II practitioner, while also continuing my studies in herbalism and sound.

Outside of this work, I own and operate an artisan business on the Oregon Coast and spend much of my time working with plants and tending my small herbal farm.

I’m currently offering a limited number of QHHT® sessions as part of my Level 1 internship and look forward to expanding this practice as my training continues.
